Default Does Adsense Arbitrage Really Work?

Does Adsense Arbitrage Really Work?
I've seen many ads about "Adsense arbitrage?"

It seems way to risky to me..
Paying for ads and then hope people then click your ads...

Adsense is not a great moneymaker anyway..

I hate to sound like I don't know a thing but would you mind explaining to me what "Arbitrage" actually is?

I too must admit that Adsense doesn't earn all that much unless of course you have a high traffic proxy or something! It is very easy to get a high traffic proxy but finding the host is the problem!

I have seen many people who are making a big money by Google Adsense so i think it is a time taking process and will take a lot of time and money before it make some output for you . I am also not familiar to "Arbitrage " , This phrase needs more description so if some one knows about it then please explain .
