You won't be able to get Photoshop unless you pirate it or buy it.However, one of the best free programs on the market that does just about everything PhotoShop does is PhotoPlus 6 which is completely free though you will have to pay for the latest version. PhotoPlus 6 has just about every tool that PhotoShop does and some PhotoShop extensions work with PhotoPlus 6.Get Photo Plus 6 (for free) from http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/

Yes as Santorini said don't pirate anything, spend the money and get legit programms.
