Best Web Language???

I am curious as to what the best web creation language is. Something can do almost anything, create dynamic content, but also do cool things with graphics and text. Something not Too difficult to learn. Anyway, just post your comments here, and I'll follow some of your guy's advice

php works the best for me, but i don't hard code myself. php requires hard coding though.

JavaScrip and PHP are known best web languages but i am working on ASP.Net these days and i found it more beneficial and effective .
