How to avoid emails going in bulk ?

I have seen my many important emails gone in bulk . What is criteria to redirect mails in inbox rather than bulk ? Many giants also have same problem and i have to recover their email in bulk .

I have experienced this too that some of my important emails are directly sent to my bulk mail. Hope someone could answer this post because it would be a very big help. Sometimes I even thought that those important emails are spam mails because they are in my bulk mail and sometimes I empty my bulk mail without even reading the mails sent there.

One thing which i did to loose bulk setting but this really annoyed me . So i always check my bulk folder and the put emails back to inbox .

I have learned something from my friend. Some emails end up in bulk folder because they have been sent using an IP that is tagged as a spammer's IP. There are a lot of sites networked together to maintain a database of IPs that spammers often use. In yahoo mail beta, tag all the emails (that you think is not spam) as Not Spam so it will go to your Inbox folder the next time the same sender sends an email.

i have also faced this problem that some important mails go in junk folders and i have not find any solution for this problem

my yahoo email gets SO much spam, and i've never signed up for anything! I have no idea why i get so much bulk mail but it's crazy because ive got about 6,000 in my bulk folder.. It's just all trash! Such a waste of good webspace :/ GMAIL all the way!

I have also the same problem . I have to check my emails in spam too because it is required to flag important emails to "not a spam" .

my gmail hardly gets spam, but even when it does it goes to spam mail. i just don't even want to receive them at all.
